From the clay ground to the rifle range, we stock ammunition for every shooting discipline. Our shotgun cartridge range spans clay, game and practical loads in 12, 16, 20 and 28 bore and .410, in both fibre and plastic wad. For rifle shooters we carry centerfire and rimfire ammunition for target and game, and our air rifle pellets cover domed, flat, hollow and pointed heads for hunting and target work.
We supply trusted names including Eley Hawk, Hornady, RWS, Sako, Prvi Partizan, CCI and Federal, alongside JSB and H&N air rifle pellets. With the move away from lead ammunition underway, we also stock steel and non toxic alternatives across the game and clay ranges.
Ammunition is collection-only from our Bromsgrove shop. We do not post ammunition or arrange RFD transfer. You will need a valid Shotgun Certificate (SGC) to buy shotgun cartridges, or a Firearms Certificate (FAC) for Section 1 rifle ammunition, presented in person on collection. Buckshot (LG, SG, SSG) is legal for shotgun certificate holders in the UK but is almost never used for any legitimate sporting purpose. Most UK shotgun certificates are endorsed only for use on inanimate targets or listed quarry species, and buckshot does not typically fall within permitted use. We stock practical shotgun cartridges for IPSC/PSG competition; please check the conditions on your SGC before ordering.

A voluntary transition away from lead shot began in 2020 and the UK government is consulting on a full restriction under REACH, expected to phase in over the mid-2020s. For now, lead shot can still be sold and used outside wetland areas and specific species contexts. Non-toxic steel and bismuth cartridges are available now and we stock them alongside lead options.
Fibre wad cartridges use a biodegradable felt or card wad and are required at most UK clay grounds and on shoots where plastic pollution is a concern. Plastic wad cartridges use a one-piece plastic cup that typically produces tighter patterns and is common in competition loads where permitted. Check your ground's rules before buying a case.
No. We operate a collection-only service for all ammunition. You must collect in person from our Bromsgrove shop and present your SGC or FAC on arrival. We do not offer postal delivery or RFD transfer for ammunition orders.
