Svemko's titanium-core Hunter 1.0 in 6.5 cal, M15x1 thread. Adds just 139mm and 285g to an over-barrel setup, built to shrug off repeated centrefire use.
This moderator is built around a grade 5 titanium core, blast baffle and blast chamber, rather than the aluminium-only construction used on many alternatives in this class. It's Svemko's best-selling model, the Hunter 1.0, and this 6.5 cal version threads directly onto a M15x1 muzzle, no adapter needed. The over-barrel design means it adds length behind the muzzle rather than in front of it, keeping the rifle's balance close to what you're used to.
At 285g and 220mm overall, it sits in the middle of Svemko's 1.0 range, heavier than the Nano or Micro, lighter than the Magnum built for larger cartridges. Titanium is what sets it apart from the aluminium-baffled units elsewhere in our centre fire rifle moderators. Where an aluminium baffle tends to show wear at the leading edge after a season of regular use, titanium holds up to the heat and pressure of repeated centrefire shots with less to show for it.
It's built for manual-action rifles, bolt-action, lever-action and straight-pull, rather than gas-operated semi-autos, so it's worth checking your action before ordering. If you're weighing this up against an aluminium-baffled option on the same 6.5 cal M15x1 thread, such as the A-Tec Hertz H3-3, the choice comes down to whether the titanium core and shorter overall length matter enough to you.
The Quick Mount system, adapter sold separately, lets you run the same moderator across more than one rifle if the barrels share a thread, useful if you're not committed to a single setup. Fitted to a 6.5mm centrefire rifle used for stalking or foxing, this is a moderator backed by a 4-year warranty and built to be a long-term fixture rather than a yearly replacement.

Both fit the same thread and calibre. The Hertz H3-3 uses a stainless steel and aluminium build, where the Hunter 1.0 uses a titanium core and blast baffle. Titanium is more resistant to heat erosion than stainless steel over repeated use, which is the main practical difference between the two.
No. Svemko rates the Hunter 1.0 for manual-action rifles only, bolt-action, lever-action and straight-pull. Gas-operated semi-autos aren't covered, since cycling and gas pressure differ from a manually operated action. If your rifle is a semi-auto, look at a moderator rated specifically for that type instead.
