The Lupo is a purely modern hunting tool with extraordinary ergonomics and performance. With 7 patents for this rifle, Benelli has gone all out to create something special for their first bolt-action rifle.

The key feature of the Lupo is its futuristic, well thought out design. The configurable two-piece stock is a blend of machined aluminium chassis and composite with 12 drop and cast positions set with shims and optional combs, for that correct fit. Also, trigger reach spacers allow you to adjust the trigger position giving you optimal feel and consistency.

Notably Benelli has used their extensive research to create the best natural position for the trigger. The trigger and trigger guard are set at a unique angle which works a treat to provide comfort when shooting.

Moving ahead of the trigger guard is a large angled magazine well, helping to guide the magazine for fast error-free reloading. Made from mostly polymer, the Lupo's magazines are possibly the easiest to load that you will come across.

At the stocks free-floated fore-end, moulded-in texturing and finger grooves provide a comfortable no-slip grip.

The Lupo also features Benelli's BE.S.T surface treatment that gives a traditional blued finish with excellent corrosion and scratching resistance.

The slick bolt system with a great dog-leg-type bolt handle is provided, also with the BE.S.T finish. The bolt is 6.75" long with a waisted midsection and left side bolt-guide groove to prevent binding.

Other great touches include the soft wrap over Combtech cheek pad inlay and the excellent recoil-softening Progressive Comfort system, one of the seven patents of this Lupo, along with the BE.S.T finish.

In Italian, Lupo means Wolf, and Benelli describes their bolt-action rifle as the apex predator of the bolt-action rifle market. This really is is a great looking and handling sporting bolt-action rifle.
