The MDT Control Bridge bolts to the top of an ACC Elite or ACC Premier Gen 2 forend to do three jobs at once: block barrel mirage from your scope picture, shield your hand from a hot barrel between positions, and give a solid anti-slip surface for an over-the-top grip. This version comes in Charcoal Green Cerakote.

The MDT Control Bridge ACC Elite in Charcoal Green is a bolt-on top cover for the forend of the ACC Elite and ACC Premier Gen 2 chassis, and it earns its place in three ways. First, mirage: on a warm barrel, heat shimmer rising in front of the objective can smear your sight picture just when you need it sharp, and the bridge sits over the barrel to block it. Second, heat: when you wrap your hand over the forend to move between positions on a stage, the bridge is what you touch, not the barrel. Third, control: the anti-slip textured top gives you a positive over-the-top grip for pinning the rifle down on a barricade.
Each bridge is machined from 6061-T6 aluminium, Cerakoted, and weighs just 77 g at around 130 mm long, so it adds control without meaningfully shifting balance. The design is stackable: one bridge covers the stretch of barrel nearest the action, and you can fit further bridges end to end along the forend if you want mirage coverage the full length of the barrel. Fitting uses the pre-drilled holes already in the top of the forend, with six screws per bridge giving a rigid interface and generous clearance underneath for large-diameter barrels.
A worthwhile addition for PRS and precision shooters running an ACC Elite or Premier Gen 2 who shoot long strings and want a cooler, steadier front end.

The forends of the MDT ACC Elite and ACC Premier Gen 2 chassis systems, which come with pre-drilled mounting holes in the top surface. It is not listed as compatible with earlier ACC generations or other MDT chassis, so check your forend has the holes before ordering.
Six screws fasten each bridge into the pre-drilled holes on top of the forend, giving a rigid mount rather than a clip-on fit. There is clearance underneath for large-diameter barrels, and the bridge does not touch the barrel itself.
MDT designed the bridge with large-diameter barrel clearance, so common heavy profiles used in ACC chassis builds fit underneath. It mounts to the forend, not the barrel, so barrel harmonics are unaffected.
