Shipping & Delivery

At Shooting Supplies, we keep our delivery pricing straightforward. We use a flat-rate shipping model, meaning you pay the same consistent price regardless of the size of your order.

• Postcode Calculation: Shipping costs are finalised at checkout once your delivery address is confirmed.
• Heavy Goods: Specialised items, such as gun safes, require bespoke shipping arrangements. Costs for these items can exceed £70; please contact us directly for a custom delivery quote.
• Dispatch Times: We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. While most customers receive their items within 2–3 business days, please note that certain specialised products may require additional handling time.
• Multiple Shipments: To get your gear to you as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in separate installments if items are coming from different locations.
• Redirection & Refusals: Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. Redirecting a package in transit or failing to collect an order may result in additional handling fees.

In-Store Stock & Collection

• Store Inventory:Items listed as “In Stock” are stocked at our Bromsgrove store. These usually arrive within 2–3 days. If you plan to visit us in person, we recommend calling ahead to ensure availability, 01527 831 261.
• Restricted Items (Collection Only): Specific products, including shotguns, rifles, airguns, and moderators, cannot be shipped to residential addresses. These require in-person collection with valid identification (Passport) or a relevant Firearms/Shotgun Certificate.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from your cancellation notice to return the goods to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• In a “as new” condition suitable for resale.
• Securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: These conditions do not apply to faulty goods. For non-faulty returns, the cost of shipping and recovery remains the responsibility of the customer.
