Subsonic loads like CCI Quiet and Eley Subsonic stay under the sound barrier for the quietest shot with a moderator fitted, ideal for close-range pest control without disturbing the rest of the ground. Standard and high-velocity rounds such as Aguila's High Velocity or CCI's Stinger suit general plinking and pest control where noise matters less.
For competition and precision work, Eley's Tenex, Club and Team grades and SK's match ammunition are built to tighter tolerances for consistent groups at target distances. As with all rimfire ammunition, a valid firearms certificate is required and collection is in person from our Bromsgrove shop, we can't post or courier ammunition under UK law. Match grade ammunition like Eley Tenex is manufactured to tighter tolerances for consistent velocity and grouping, built for competition. Standard loads are more affordable and better suited to plinking, training and general pest control.
